I’m Lauren, and this blog is dedicated to sharing my journey to a gluten-free, inflammation-free lifestyle. But don’t worry, this space is about so much more than dietary labels. It’s about living a life filled with good food and supportive community.
A little about me…
I’m someone who’s passionate about food and nutrition—especially when it comes to making recipes that are wholesome, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying. After my diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis in 2023, I took a closer look at my diet. I realized that the foods I relied on most to fuel my day-to-day lacked the nutrients my body craved. When I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, you can find me with my nose in a book, digging in my flower beds, or rearranging my home for the millionth time. Oh, and let’s not forget about my love for the Lord and spending time with my husband, our talkative cat, and our cuddly pup.



What can you expect from my blog? A little bit of everything, really. Gluten-free recipes that don’t skimp on flavor. Wellness tips to help you feel your best. Stories, favorites, and the little things that make life sweeter. This is a space for inspiration, discovery, and connection.
